Returns

As all products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Personal preference regarding design, color, or fit

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos showing the issue

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Product arrives damaged

  • Product contains a manufacturing defect

  • Wrong item received

  • Order cannot be fulfilled

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds
